Do the Subscription Packages Auto-Renew?

Yes, your subscription will renew every month (or every quarter/year depending on your plan).

To raise a complaint, please follow the steps below:

  1. Send an email to admin.support@thebrilliantgame.com
  2. Provide as much information as possible (for example, your order number and registered email with The Brilliant Game), so they can help you straight away.
  3. Once they’ve received your query, they will get back to you as soon as possible. During busy times, this may take a little longer.
  4. Rest assured that you will be contacted in order to resolve your issue.
Can I have more than one subscription on my account?

It is not possible to have more than one subscription per subscriber as all materials are delivered electronically, and adjusted slightly according to age group.
This means that it is optimal and best value to have a maximum of one subscription per subscriber to avoid receiving duplicate/overlapping material.

How do I prevent my subscription from auto-renewing?

To prevent your subscription from auto-renewing, you must cancel before the next bill date on your plan.

You can do this by sending an email to admin.support@thebrilliantgame.com

Unfortunately if contact is made after the bill date we are unable to cancel the renewal. We can however assist with cancelling your next renewal due.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription any time by sending an email to admin.support@thebrilliantgame.com

We’d be sad to see you go! If there’s anything we can do to help resolve any issue or concern, our customer service team are always happy to help and available Monday-Friday.

When will I be billed?

Monthly – With our monthly plan, you will be billed on the date of purchase, and your subscription will renew on the same date of every subsequent month.

Quarterly – With our quarterly plan, you will be billed on the date of purchase, and your subscription will renew on the same date every 3 months.

Yearly - With our yearly plan, you will be billed on the date of purchase, and your subscription will renew on the same date of purchase every 12 months.

Can I gift The Brilliant Game Subscription?

Yes, we have made it possible to subscribe for yourself or send this as a direct gift.

To send it as a gift, go ahead with your purchase as normal and provide the gift recipient's email address.

Why was my card declined?

Please make sure you have sufficient funds available in your account. If you do then your bank may be rejecting the payment. This is simply due to the nature of the transaction being a subscription.

If this is the case, you’ll need to contact your bank and ask them to authorise the payment to us.

Is The Brilliant Game available worldwide?

It sure is. The Brilliant Game Subscription Materials are all delivered electronically, and available wherever you are in the world.

My item hasn’t arrived. What should I do?

Is there a Guarantee?

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase of our quarterly or yearly subscription packages, contact us within 48hrs of your purchase, by emailing admin.support@thebrilliantgame.com, and we will refund the purchase price.


Please note that this guarantee does not extend to monthly subscription packages.
